It’s rich, ripe plums and blackberry, all wrapped up in smooth dark chocolate and vanilla spice. A fantastic wine ready to drink now or cellar for 3-5 years.
With a full fruit palate this shiraz will pair beautifully with your beef dishes especially a well cooked and tender juicy steak. Will also pair well with a rich Beef and Red Wine Ragu or Beef Vindaloo.
